Hosted by Glen Ewin Estate, at our wonderful Pulpshed venue, winemaker Martin Moran from Mordrelle Wines will be bringing several museum red wines and vertical vintages to pair with abundant Argentinian charcoal-grill cuts, chorizos, chimichurri, sides, and dessert. Live Latin Music by ormeegaproductions and Salsa class by La Bomba dance instructor. Tickets include food, entertainment, tastings, Blanc de Blancs sparkling on arrival. There will be discounted museum wines available and a wine raffle.

Skirt steak “Entraña”
Sirloin or Porterhouse “Lomo”
All dressed with Chimichurri sauce
Served with Ensalada Rusa and Ensalada mixta
Finished with a delectable fig cake “Torta de higos”
