Celebrate World Gin Day at Glen Ewin Estate

Adelaide's Gin Fest is back in 2023, packed with opportunities for any gin amateur or fanatic out there. 

Here's what the day has to offer:

The Pulpshed - Open 11am to 6pm

- Turned into a discovery & party room, offering tastings from our local distilleries such as Pot & Still, Heaps Good Spirits, Green Street Distillery, Dapper Chap Distillery, Pennant Distillery, Needle & Pin Spirits, Frankly Gin, Full Circle Spirits, Little Bonsai Gin (read details about distillers below)

- Drinks prepared directly by distillers for you or from one of the Glen Ewin Bars

- Bottleshop to take your favourite gins home

- Amazing atmosphere in a rustic 180 year old building in the Adelaide Hills

- Party vibes, dancefloor and music by Entertainment Adelaide (DJ, Bongo, Saxophone)

The VIP Warehouse - Open 12pm to 3pm

- 3 hour canape & drinks package from 12pm to 3pm in an exclusive area

- Private Bar & Lounge area

- Live Music

Exclusive make-your-own Gin experience

- Hosted by Pot & Still at 11.15am

- Make your own flavoured gin

- Behind the scene experience

- Bring home a bottle (200ml) of your gin

- Only 12 spots available (please note we require a minimum of 4 registrants for this session to go ahead)

TRAVEL SAFELY with the GIN BUS by Des's Minibus with a return trip from the City or Modbury

CITY PICKUP: Arrive at 10am, for 10.15am departure. Return departs Glen Ewin Estate at 6.15pm. Pickup location map.

MODBURY PICKUP: Arrive at 10.40am, for 10.50am departure. Return departs Glen Ewin Estate at 6.15pm. Pickup location map.

LET'S EAT! Delicious woodfire pizzas or paella available for purchase on the day. 

LIVE MUSIC throughout the day

RETAIL you will have the opportunity to purchase bottles to take home (not for on-site consumption).

All tickets will receive:

- A complimentary polycarbonate glass on arrival to be used for tastings & drinks throughout the day.

- A tasting card to present to stalls for gin sampling. 

- A wristband to be worn at all times.

We established our distillery with a focus on gin & grappa. Our focus however is not just on the craft of distilling, but also sustainable approaches to producing our spirits. With origins in the Riverland we seek to utilise local produce to make unforgettable spirits.

Little Bonsai Gin

Little Bonsai Gin Co was born out of a love of gin and Bonsai. We instil the philosophy of Bonsai into every bottle of gin we distil. Patience, precision, foresight and a delicate touch! All of these principles are key to our brand and the gin we produce. Our founder, and head distiller, Nate combines his obsessive pursuit of perfection, love of tradition and artistic nature to produce a gin that we’re immensely proud of, and one we want people to love in the same way we do.

Green Street Distillery

From their passion for landscaping to their love of spirits, Nick, Will & Amelia have brought their creativity and expertise to the world of distilling. They are committed to producing quality spirits that reflect their dedication to the craft and their love of experimentation, Creating approachable and versatile spirits that are award winning.

Pennant Distillery

Pennant Distillery is owned and operated by Cameron Shaw, who served ten years as an Officer in the Royal Australian Navy. This experience brings a true connection with the Naval origins and traditions of the Gin Pennant, an unofficial flag used to signal that the Ship’s bar is open. Based in Unley, South Australia, Pennant Distillery produces very small batches of exceptional gin, ensuring each batch is hand-crafted to perfection, down to the handwritten numbering on the label.

Full Circles Spirits

Full Circle Spirits is a  small-batch artisanal distillery hero-ing botanicals found throughout South Australia.
