You agree to offer free tasting of your product(s) to the attendees who present a valid tasting card. You may also sell beverages (in the attendee's polycarb cup) using your own cashiering facilities. Bottles cannot be sold at your stall.

The registaton fee is a $50 + a total of 6 bottles of your gin(s). These 6 bottle will be te first ones sold at the retail shop.

Additional stock for the bottle shop will be supplied by you, on consignment. A form is required to be completed with bottle quantities and wholesale pricing. Glen Ewin will count incoming stock, and leftover stock at the completion of the event. You will then invoice Glen Ewin by 30 June 2023 for the stock difference.

Glen Ewin will set the price of your bottle(s) for retail sales by adding $25 to the wholesale price (incl GST) provided by you.

I confirm all staff is adequately trained to legally serve an sell alcohol at Gin Fest 2023.
