Over 250 individually locked wine storage cellars, each maintained at 15C year round, are capable of housing collections up to 250 dozen. Private Wine Storage

Our cellars are maintained at a constant 15°C - the optimum temperature for the steady, graceful maturation of your collection. This is equally important for both wine drinker and investor. In today's market, in order to achieve maximum market value for a wine, you need to be able to document its cellaring provenance (storage history). For investors, we can provide certification of provenance covering the period of time a wine is with us, upon request.

We will handle your deliveries for you so feel free to have your wines sent to us direct from cellar door or retailer. We will place it in your cellar and notify you by email of the arrival. So why double handle or risk leaving wine in a hot car while you tour the wine regions?

We openly encourage you to shop around. Our fees are extremely modest for the service we provide, with similar facilities in the Eastern States charging up to three times our rate.

The 1400 square metre Jam Factory building is home to Glen Ewin Wine Cellars Commercial Wine Store. Proximity to Adelaide, along with easy access to Port Adelaide, road and rail networks makes Glen Ewin Wine Cellars an ideal location for your off-site storage.

Our commercial wine storage facility constitutes the semi-subterranean Jam Factory building and the cellars underneath. The building is ideally suited to storage of pallets, barrels and bins.
